~Sermons to write: 3 (2 funeral homilies and a sermon for Saturday/Sunday)
~Meetings to attend: at least 2 official and 2 informal 1-to-1
~Parish directories to assemble: 1
~Fall newsletters to set up: 1
~Pastoral calls to make: umpteen
~Letters to write canceling fall retreat: 1 + fielding comments from the disappointed
~Mentors to recruit for youth group: 3 (lotsa luck on that one since 12 people or so have already said no)
~Prayers of the people to write: 6 (this week's and the whole month of August, and no, we don't just take them out of the prayerbook)
~Other things I've forgotten: Who knows?
