Our Easter Vigil was wonderful. Just wonderful. Sure, there were a few small things that could've gone more smoothly but really, it was a great service and very well received. All the hard work of the last week or so was definitely worth it.
AND my boss thanked me. Publicly. In church. It's really not all about me, but still, it was very nice that he did in fact notice that much hard work had gone into preparing for the liturgy.
I am very tired, but in a good way. And we have two services tomorrow.
