the biggest turkey I've ever seen (even bigger than Glorvina) walk across the back yard. I grabbed my camera as fast as I could, and took one picture through the window.

Then I ran outside and followed him across the yard, but he had a pretty good head start. I got this shot of him going back into the undergrowth towards the pond. I wish I could've gotten a better picture; he really was quite striking.

I'm impressed that you got a picture at all. I saw a turkey mama leading an entire brood down a suburban street a few days ago, and didn't have a camera with me. Curses!
