i don't know why i'm sitting here at my computer when i am so tired and i have to get up very early and i still need to read a couple of things but this is all i can seem to do.
I do that all the time. Sit on the couch with my laptop, exhausted but unable to either get up and go to bed or get up and deal with the stuff that needs attending to before I go to bed. You are not alone.

Oh! I do that! When I am too tired to doing any real work, I just stare at the computer screen and mindlessly surf blogs ....
