Blogiversary!

Two years ago today I posted my first blog entry. At that point I didn't know if anyone would ever read my blog, or if I would find anything to write about. What I've learned over the last two years is that people do stop by, and sometimes even leave comments! They (you all really) read my most trivial musings and my occasional attempts to be serious.

What I really had no idea of when I started, however, was how much the blogging world would become another community for me. Despite the pseudonymity that many of us maintain, I feel like I know many of you. And a few of you I've met face to face, or in other forums as well. Blogging has allowed me to become acquainted with a whole lot of smart, funny, interesting people I wouldn't have known otherwise, and I'm grateful for that.
